Bruno has a Bachelor of Business Science by the Universidad Complutense of Madrid and Master in Business Administration by IE Business School. He was General Manager at ASETA (Spanish Association of Concessionaires Companies Highways, Tunnels, Bridges and Toll Road) and in 2014 he joined SEOPAN (Association of Infrastructure Contractors and Concessionaires) where he currently is its Director of Concessions, Economy and Studies

He is also member of several committees of tthe Spanish Entrepreneur Organization (CEOE), member of the Executive Committee of ASECAP (European Association of Toll Motorways), member of the Spanish Road Association and ITS Spain boards, he participates in deifferent Committees of the IBTTA (International Bridge, Tunnel and Turnpike Association). He was involved in the launch of the Spanish ETC system (VIA-T) and he is the secretary of the VIA-T Monitoring Committee.

He has been granted with several awards, among others from the Spanish police department (CNP) and the Spanish Road Technical Association (ATC).
