Poland’s e-TOLL rates to increase January 2026

Poland’s e-TOLL rates to increase January 2026
The Polish National Revenue Administration’s e-TOLL rates will be changing  for 2026, the Polish Minister of Infrastructure has announced.

e-TOLL is an advanced solution developed, implemented, maintained and monitored by the head of the National Revenue Administration.

Toll collection functionality for vehicles driven on toll sections of roads in Poland is under the management of the general directorate of National Roads and Motorways.

The new rates will apply from 1 January 2026 and concern toll road transits for heavy goods vehicles, i.e. motor vehicles, combinations of vehicles with a gross vehicle weight of more than 3.5 tonnes and buses.

Reportedly, the change in rates is due to the annual adjustment of the prices of goods and services under Section 13ha(4a) of the Public Roads Act.

The increase in electronic fee rates will increase the minimum amount of guarantee required for a deferred payment account.

In Poland, tolls are collected via the eTOLL system as well as at toll booths. There is no adhesive vignette as instead, passenger cars require an e-ticket.
